AI Use Policy

Dorian Mode Technologies Private Limited · Effective 2026-09-05

This policy has two halves. The first is how Dorian Mode Technologies Private Limited, trading as Tarslink, uses artificial intelligence inside Bridge. The second is what automated systems — search engines, AI answer engines and model-training crawlers — may do with the content of this website.

1. How Bridge uses AI

Bridge uses machine learning and large language models to read documents such as policy schedules, employee lists and claims reports; to classify what a document is; to draft requests for quotation, comparisons and correspondence; and to propose next actions to the people using it.

The boundary

AI in Bridge proposes; a person accepts. No AI feature can bind a policy, set or quote a price, publish a product, make a payment or approve anything, for any user, and the platform is built so that this cannot be changed by configuration. Every value the AI reads from a document is shown with its source so the person accepting it can check it. Every AI action is recorded in a log that cannot be edited afterwards.

Data sent to model providers

Only the information a task needs is sent, under contract, for that task alone. Providers may not use it to train models available to others. We do not train generative models on identifiable personal data. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

What we ask of users

Review AI output before relying on it. It can be incomplete or wrong, and the licensed person — not the software — is responsible for the advice given and the placement made.

2. What this policy covers on the website

All public pages under http://localhost:4380, including guides, comparisons, line pages, llms.txt and pricing.md. It does not cover Bridge or Connect, which are not publicly crawlable.

3. Allowed: answering people's questions

Search engines and AI answer engines may crawl, index, summarise and quote our public pages to answer a user's query, on condition that the answer links to the page it came from. This includes link previews and short excerpts. We publish llms.txt and pricing.md precisely so that assistants can describe Bridge accurately.

4. Not allowed: bulk collection for model training

You may not use content from this website to train, fine-tune or evaluate a generative model or to build embeddings or datasets for that purpose, nor bulk-download it for those ends, without our written permission. Crawlers whose only purpose is collecting training data are disallowed in robots.txt.

5. How this is expressed technically

Our robots.txt allows the crawlers of answer engines that cite their sources and disallows bulk training-only crawlers. Machine-readable descriptions of the product live at llms.txt and pricing.md. Crawlers should respect crawl delays and not degrade the site for people.

6. Changes

We will post any change here with a new effective date.

Questions

Can ChatGPT, Perplexity or Claude cite this site?

Yes. Crawlers that answer questions and link back to the source are welcome, and robots.txt says so explicitly.

Can my content be used to train a model?

Not from this site. Bulk training-only crawlers are disallowed, and we ask that content not be used to train or fine-tune generative models.

Does Bridge send my clients' data to an AI provider?

Only what a task needs, under contract, for that task, and never to train models used by others. A person reviews the output before it enters the record.
